Dr. Kamran Iqbal – Chief Operating Officer
Currently working as Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Kamran Iqbal heads strategy and operations under the direction of Board of Trustees. He brings with himself 13+ years of experience from both corporate and development sectors. Prior to SINA, he has founded an IT company, served as DGM at Greenstar Social Marketing and headed country wide Marketing Operations of Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan. Besides this, he has worked on numerous governmental and non-governmental projects. Graduated as trained physician from Ziauddin University, his calling is system transformation and reading and writing about leadership is his passion.
Dr. Khalid Pervez – General Manager, Clinical
Dr. Khalid Pervez has been working with SINA Health and Education welfare trust as the General Manager Clinical since March 2016. He worked with Aman Heath Care Services as the Head of Aman Community Health Program, Aman Ghar, Aman Clinic and Medical Health Insurance for two years. He was associated with HANDS for 17 years, where he developed strategies for PHC, MNCH, FP, nutrition and adolescent SRHR for different project; Rutgers WPF, PAIMAN, early childhood development and school health screening in Thatta and Umer Kot, including flagship MARVI Project. Previously, he worked for Iranian Government for Primary Health Care services, International Red Cross and Sehat First.
Salimaah Sohail – Head of Clinic Network and Laboratory Services
Salimaah has an MBA-MPhil degree in Hospital & Health Care Management from Jinnah Sindh Medical University. She went on to secure 2nd position in Maternity & Child care Diploma in Sind Province in 2001, after which she completed Post RN BSCN in 2014.
After completing her education, Salimaah went on to acquire 21 years of diverse experience in the health care field. She has worked as a visiting faculty for various teaching hospitals and has also served as a General Secretary of Infection Prevention at The Nursing Association of Pakistan. Salimaah has a proven track record of strong managerial and analytical skills.
Liaquat Ali Qamar – Head of Facilities, Operations and Constructions
Liaquat Ali Qamar is a Human Resources and Administration Professional with twenty plus years of broad-based functional business experience in varied sectors. Having played key roles in organizations such as Volvo Pakistan, Lasmo Oil, Coopers & Lybrand, Takaful Pakistan, Kasbit and IUCN Pakistan. Qamar has demonstrated expertise in admin strategic issues management, organizational development, manpower planning, employee relations and communications. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling
Dr. Ghousia Pasha - Senior Medical Quality Assurance Officer
Dr Ghousia Pasha graduated from Dow Medical College in 1996. She worked as Medical Officer in an NGO- Alamgir welfare trust for almost 8 years after which she pursued studying family medicine as a specialty. She joined SINA in 2011 and at present is involved in auditing and training medical officers to adopt international guidelines to provide safe and quality health care to our patients. Besides work, she enjoys travelling and reading.
Dr. Sadaf Haris – Assistant Manager, Medical Affairs
Dr. Sadaf Haris, graduated with her MBBS from Dow Medical College in 2010. She completed Family Medicine Post Graduate Training from Aga Khan University Hospital and cleared FCPS Part II in March 2017. She joined Sina in February 2017.
Dr. Zeba Haqqi – Clinical Coordination Team Lead
Dr. Zeba Haqqi, a graduate of Allama Iqbal Medical College Lahore, joined Sina in July 2010 as School Health Program Coordinator as well as sonologist, bringing with her 15+ years’ experience of working in different school health programs.
Dr. Fahad H. Khawaja – Head of Supply Chain & Clinical Affairs
Dr. Fahad H. Khawaja is heading the Supply Chain at SINA. After graduating from Dow Medical College, Dr. Fahad went onto acquiring more than 10 years of work experience in health care management as a team leader. He also worked with reputable donors e.g. USAID, ILO, and HCI. His additional work experience with the health insurance companies comprised of quality health services management for the health insurance customers while dealing with an extensive Hospitals Network across Pakistan. He is also pursuing Masters in Health Management from IoBM.
Sarah Emmanuel – Manager, Marketing Communications & PR
Sarah Emmanuel has 9 years of experience working in marketing communications of prestigious and diversified organizations in Pakistan like SINA Health Education and Welfare Trust, Express Media Group, Geo/Jang Group, Global Traders and The Aman Foundation.
She is a detail oriented individual, innovative and well versed in integrated marketing solutions, brand development, creative management, advertising campaigns and corporate communications. She holds an MBA from Institute of Business Management, and other than being a workaholic, she loves to train at the gym regularly.
Hussain Hassan Ali – Senior Finance Manager
Hussain Hassan Ali is heading the finance department at SINA and brings with him 21 years experience of working in the development sector, especially in Health, Education and Building construction.
Prior to SINA, he worked with Ipas which is an INGO based in North Carolina USA as Manager Finance. His vast experience includes working with renowned organizations like Aga Khan Planning and Building Service Pakistan, Aahung, Aga Khan Education Services Pakistan, and international donor agencies like USAID, DFID, Packard Foundation, CIDA and other donors.
He has done his ACMA IN 2005 from ICMAP and M.com in 2007, along with MA (Economics) in 2012.
Sufian Khursheed – Head of Human Resources
Sufian Khursheed heads the Human Resources department at SINA. He is a dedicated and result oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills. He has more than 10 years of diverse experience related to HR, and has worked with esteemed organizations like Tameer Micro Finance Bank, Getz Pharma Pvt Limited, Brukfield (Subsidiary of Al Dhahra Group Abu Dhabi) and Helium Pvt limited.
He has done his Masters in HRM and Marketing, and furthermore holds a Post Magisterial Diploma in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. His focus areas are Organizational Development, Recruitment, Training (Business College), Labor laws i.e. IR and HR compliance.
